SSRHL EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Participants must wear the following MANDATORY

safety equipment at all times:

Shin guards

Elbow pads

Regulation Hockey Gloves (palms & fingers not exposed)

Helmet with Full Face Guard/Cage (no half shields or any Mylec helmets)

Inline hockey or quad hockey skates (not rollerblades)

Athletic Cup (males)

Mouthpiece 

Strongly recommended: 

Shoulder Pads

Protective Hip/Girdle

Neck Guard

Hockey Pants
